Mass media, including television, radio and newspaper have great influence in shaping people's ideas, to what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement

In the modern society, go along with the boom of internet, mass media is the leading mean of information transmission. People are spending hours per 24-hour day on watching television programs, listening to the radio or reading newspapers. This fact therefore raises a controversial issue that whether mass media shapes the ideas of observers or not. From my view point, i am in the same side with this statement.

Broasdcast media is one of the most reputable adresses for collecting information in almost different  fields of life such as education, health care, economy and so on. With the professional staffs, broadcasting station have efforts to select and edit the best issues from  the best sources to transmit to people.  Moreover, they also invite the high- ranking experts in different fields to share their knowleage, experiences, researches. Hence, that amount of information is a faithful source to shape ideas in each person.

People are receiving a huge amount of information from mass media every day. It is easy to approach any broadcast programs or articles whenever, whever people want. Instead of sitting on the sofa, obsevers could watch televisions on subways, listen to public radio on the bus and read newspapers by their own mobile phones.  Moreover, beholders could be proactive to observe any necessary programs, articles bases on flexible broadcasting schedules which would be announced after that a few days.  People are therefore naturally absorbing the huge databases which could be used to form ideas.

What i have discussed above shows my point of view that mass media has mainly contributed in forming people’s ideas. People should also be proactive to select useful programs, articles to observe as well as the most suitable time for watching, listening and reading. It would bring  inovative ideas to everyone without too much time -consuming.

New editors decide what to broadcast on television and what to print in newsapapers. What factors do you think influence these decisions? Do we become used to bad news? would it be better if more good news was reported?

In society today, there are many manners to transfer the news to peopple. however, why editors decide to transmit these articles on TV, meanwhile others publicize them on newspapers. I am going to explain for these decisions. i would also like to clarify that more good news is not better than bad news, even it could lead to some damaging consequences.

Firstly, compilers would mull over who want to transfer that amount of information. For example if the target  are adolescents, the number of those people watching television especially favourite channels for youths much more than those who read the news papers, as a result the effect of information transmission by television would be beter than by newspapers. Secondly, because of strong pervasion of information on media or newspapers, so new editors also certainly consider how that news affect the ideology of observers, bad news such as scandals of star singers, housebreakings not only attract curiousness of public opinion but direct lifestyle of many watchers following wrong ways. As a result of rising up unequalbility of society.

On the other hand, a big amount of unfavourable news are not publicized on broadcasts or newspapers, a big part of countries could not keep up with some up-to-date information which are happening  around them such as crimes, tense among different countries and so on. In these cases, people  could gain inadequate information to be proactive towards any changes. many businesses  could be collapsed caused by lack of information.

To sum up, breaking news is one of the crucial part in modern societies, personally, i think compilers should consider carefully, what they willl supply to people. Especially, unfavourable information needs to publicize faithfully, timerly.

Firstly, compilers would mull over who would be the target of tranfering that amount of information. For example if the they are adolescents, the number of those people watching television especially favourite channels for youths are much more than those who read the news papers, as a result the effect of information transmission by television would be beter than by newspapers. Secondly, because of degree of information pervasion on media or newspapers is different, so editors would base on economization and profit to decide which is the most suitable, costly, and effective. It is a crucial factor that determines the development of them.

On the other hand, a big amount of unfavourable news is not publicized on broadcasts or newspapers, a big part of a country could not keep up with some up-to-date information which are happening around them such as crimes, tense between  countrieas among so on. In these cases, people could gain inadequate information to be proactive towards any macro and micro changes. many businesses could be collapsed caused by lack of information.

Attending a live performance( for example a play or sport event) is more enjoyable than wathcing the same event on TV. Use specific reasons and examples to pupport

Nowadays, with the development of technology, people could be easily enjoyable in live performances like sport events, concert and so on by watching TV at home . However, if having another choice, i still love coming to concert, stadium and watching directly them. it is obvious that watching live performances brings to attendees some real feeling.

Firstly, one of the extremely important reasons explain why many people want to attend in a live show is that the opportunities to watch directly the show of the reporters, singers, players and so on. As a result, performance would not be arrange, the shows happen naturally, this certainly makes audiences more pleasant Furthermore, spectators also have chances to touch and even get the signatures from their idols, in some cases, that is the dream of many fans.

Secondly, watching any show which performs directly bring us the real atmosphere, participants could watch any situation happening on the stages without deleting. For example, watching a football match at stadiums always motivates you to sing, to dance and shout to support for audiences's favourite squad, it would be much enjoyable for football fans also have chances to observe directly the players which they worship as well as deep in the happiness of winners or sadness of loser.

To conclude, although stay at home, lying down on sofa and enjoy live performance is comfortable, i still believe that watching directly by coming to concerts, stadiums always bring the much more stronger feeling for attendees

Why do we need music? Is the traditional music of a country more important than the international music that is heard everywhere nowadays?

Music is one of six different basic kinds of art, no one could deny, go along the history, music always plays an important role in human life.  From King, President to farmers, fisherman, all of them have requirement to enjoy music. Music bring up human's souls, aid ( assist) people to unwind( relax) after log time working. However, what kinds of music people should listen,  is a controversial question. i am going to explain why human need music as well as what kinds of music is necsesary for people.

Firstly, people especially youth are using music to relax as well as lower the stress. although there are a lot of ways to unwind, almost people choose music. People are getting busier because of work, many are under high pressure soft stress as well, so music sometimes helps us to escape this situation. Secondly, music helps to bring up people's souls, in the modern life with the pressure of money, people are become more emotionless, many youth only love him/her self so music help them to recall the positive senses.

Although, one country should preserve their traditional music and propagate widely to people, i disagree with the statement that traditional music of a country is more important than the international music that is heard everywhere nowadays. nowadays, many experts said that we need to direct youth to listen traditional music to maintain them,, however, many new trends of music seem to fit with youth, it motivates them to do the posistive things

Chiem Hoa hydropower station, the nation's first run-of-river( RoR) hydropower plant, will soon become operational with its first turbine going into operation later this month, after nearly three years of contruction, announced the project's mamagement board on Apr. 9.

Built at a cost over 1.7 trillion VND, the plant, located on the Gam River, has the capacity to produce 45MW.

This is the first hydro power plant in VIetnam, which is river powered, a type of hydroelectric generation where little or no water storage is provided.

The plant is dramatically different in design and appearance from conventional hydroelectric projects.
Traditional hydro dams srore enomous quantities of water in reservoir, necessitating the flooding of large tracts of land. In contract, RoR projects do not require a large of reservoir of water, which is the main reason why such projects are often referred to as enviromnently- friendly, or "green power".

measures to perfect the MoIT mechanism to manage import-export activities in the future.
